Firstly I would like to thank the committee of 2011 who worked together so well to support our students. It was due to their diligence and support that many of the significant plans of the school have been established and developed, including grounds improvement plans, developing an annual operational plan, continuing the fund raising and resource contributions for the school.
So thank you to Julie, Mary Ann, Tracy, Mike, John and Kerri!
I always like to think of the P and C as the 'icing and sprinkles' on the cake, adding all those special things to school that are important to parents and students.
Last night the 2012 committee was voted in and they are:
President: Kerrie Melamed
Vice President: Wayne Hobbs
Treasurer: Tracy Tweedie
Secretary: Theona Parsons
QCPCA Rep: Mike Jones
I look forward to working with you all this year and continuing to build Healy SS to bigger and better things.
